Back Orders Every effort will be made to ship back orders within 5 days or the remainder of the order will be shipped and the back order item will be mailed separately at no additional cost to you.
Your credit card will not be charged for back orders until they are shipped. Customer Service:

Return Policies
If your shipment is incorrect, damaged or unsatisfactory, please notify us immediately. We will need your name, number, invoice number and explanation.
In the case of returns, prior authorization is required within 30 days of purchase for a prompt refund. Call toll free 1 (866)785-1462-- Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST; Saturday 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST for your return authorization number. Please include this information with your return.
